I will make updates to this If any other Cobra's, Mach 1's, and GT's make the list SO
What does Oppo recommend, or do you have a totally different car to offer.....and sorry Miatia is not my answer.

My vote goes for either of the last two. But I don't know mustangs

Say, are you looking at any 2003 Mustangs?
![]() 12/12/2013 at 20:29 |

definitely the new one. new 5.0s are insane fast.
![]() 12/12/2013 at 20:29 |

though if you could find a cobra in black with red stripes... that would be something.

Oh the sarcasm

Well, I know where there is a solid black cobra for sale but I dont have the cash to buy it...with these I will.

Either of the 03 Cobras. Because IRS and supercharger. Then twincharge that sucker.

if only I could the turbos and the reinforcement needed for the rear end

If you can afford the New coyote 5.0 GT that would be your best bet. They make great HP and the coyote is one of the best motors Ford has ever made. The terminator cobra's are great cars but really come to life after mods. Really it depends what you are planning on doing with the car and your budget. If you are looking for a manageable DD with little modification the 11' is the best bet. If your looking for BIG HP for less money an 03' cobra or Mach 1 is your best bet. Tuning, Kenne Bell and intake/exhaust are a cobras best friend and take them from track toys to track monsters.

If the silver Cobra is under 100,000 miles, go with that plus a pulley swap, ECU tune, Mach-1 style front lip spoiler, and side-pipe exhaust. You'll be putting down 480+ HP for the price of the Zinc Yellow Cobra.
Just... uh... don't break it.
If you plan on modification, the 5.0 is still too new and you'd dump way too much into the 2011 GT for the same gains you'd get out of the Cobra. The Mach 1 is nice and rare, but doesn't have the same performance kick that the Cobras do.

I was sort of joking about the twincharging, as would be a spendy. I still say I was serious about the IRS thing. One: because in spite of them being "ok" or good for drag-racing I cant' help but think solid axles belong on trucks. Two: Just think if you still have it when the 2015 comes out. The smugness potential when some spoiled college kid brags up having the IRS that "only came on Mustangs starting this year."
![]() 12/12/2013 at 20:57 |

Except, when you try to argue with them, they won't know what IRS is. They conversation will go down hill from there.

Too true. They would have just read it somewhere and since the article said it was good and new... etc.
![]() 12/12/2013 at 21:02 |

Oh yes, the potential is huge. Some kid at my school drove a Rolls Royce, granted it was like a 80 something but there are also some new stangs and maros

My dad had an 03 Cobra vert 10th anniversary edition. Black with black and red interior. It is the car that made me fall in love with Mustangs and cars in general. I know the guy my dad sold it to when we moved to Dubai, so I am going to buy it back soon hopefully. So that's my long winded way of saying my pick is one of the Terminators.

Also should say that my dad has an '11 5.0 manual, and even though he loves it and the Roush exhaust I put on it, he still to this day regrets selling the Cobra. He is actually first in line in front of me to buy the old Cobra back if it goes on sale haha.

Unfortnatly the Silver Terminator has 104K miles on teh clock.

The Yellow one's mileage is worth the price, in my opinion. These cars can fall apart very quickly if mistreated.

Its gonna be my DD, with a little hard charging every now and again.

oh my autotragic. it would be worth waiting for a manual one. don't ever jump into buying a car because you're excited. I'm only 18, but have already learned that lesson.

I'm 19 and I know as well, but my first car I didn;t know I was even getting it till I went to the Dealership to get it....and that day is when I got my first Mustang

I think it's the Chery A6CC coupe concept.
Apparently the Chery A6/Riich G5 sedan it's based off isn't
too bad
.. penned by Bertone, which is probably why it looks somewhat decent.
Finding info in English is a little tricky

my first car was a good car, still perfectly running 01 gs300. my next car was an awesome unreliable hunk 05 s4 that we had to sell because it pissed my dad off so much haha
